Raymond Bonner
Golf in Indonesia has something else to offer: ways to make you forget the last four hours and take away the aches. Nearly every course has a spa - hot tub, cold tub, sauna and massage.
2
Jackson Browne
I wrote the song For A Dancer for a friend of mine who died in a fire. He was in the sauna in a house that burned down, so he had no idea anything was going on. It was very sad.

4
Tony McCoy
Most days, I have a slice of toast, then lie in a hot bath for an hour to get up a sweat. I have a sauna at the racecourse and then go and ride. On the way home, I might stop at a service station and have a bar of chocolate and a Diet Coke. And that's it, basically.
5
Brooke Shields
I love getting baths and going to the Korean spas and getting pummeled and scrubbed, and its so hot in the sauna you can't even stand it. I have to do things in a pretty extreme way to calm down. So a Swedish massage is not going to do it! I need to know that they're in there with their thumbs and moving stuff around.
6
Chantal Sutherland
I'm very in tune to my body and know that I want to eat everything but know I can't. That's when I end up being in the sauna a little bit more than usual, but for the most part, I just train hard every day with a trainer in the gym. I do Bikram yoga, and I run outside on trails to break it up all the time so my body doesn't get used to anything.
7
Scottie Thompson
I sit in an infrared sauna everyday and microwave myself. It's really detoxifying.
