Quality is a basic tool for an inherent property of anything that allows it to be compared with any other of its own species. The word quality has multiple meanings. In a basic way, it refers to the set of inherent properties of an object that give it the capacity to satisfy implicit or explicit needs. On the other hand, the quality of a product or service is the perception that the customer has of it, it is a mental fixation of the consumer that assumes conformity with that product or service and the ability of the same to meet their needs. Therefore, the quality of the postal service, dental service, product, life, etc. should be defined in the context under consideration.
