(शब्द०) । २. एक प्रकार का कीड़ा जो धान की फसल को
हानि पहुँचाता है । ३. बारात आदि में अथवा किसी जुलूस
में वह बालक या युवक जो खूब सुंदर वस्त्र और अलंकार
आदि से सजाकर तथा पालकी पर बैठाकर शोभा के लिये
निकाला जाता है ।
