विशेष— कौटिल्य ने लिखा है कि इस संधि में शत्रु को ऐसी ही
भूमि देनी चाहिए जो प्रत्यादेया हो या जिसपर शत्रु य़ा
असमर्थ और अशक्त बसे हों अथवा जिसके सँभालने में घन
जन का व्यय अधिक हो ।
