शालि, व्रीहि, शूक, शिंबी और क्षुद्र ये पाँचों प्रकार के धान ।
२. वैद्यक में एक प्रकार का पाचक पानी जो पाँचों प्रकार के
धान बेल और आम आदि को मिलाकर बनाया जाता है और
जिसका व्यवहार आम, शूल तथा अतिसार आदि रोगों में
होता है । ३. वैद्यक में एक पाचक औषध, जिसे धनिया, सोंठ,
बेलगिरी, नागारमोथा और त्रायमाण को मिलाकर बनाते हैं ।
विशेष— इसका व्यवहार आमातिसार तथा उदरशूल आदि रोगों
में होता है ।
