विशेष— इसके अनुसार सुंदर स्त्री के स्पर्श से प्रियंगु, पान की
पीक थूकने से मौलसिरी, चरणाघात से अशोक, दृष्टिपात से
तिलक, आलिंगन से कुर्वक, मृदुवार्ता से मंदार, हँसी से पटु,
फूँक मारने से चंपा, मधुर गान से आप और नाचने से कच-
नार इत्यादि वृक्ष फूलते हैं । इस संबंध में संस्कृत साहित्य में
निम्नांकित श्लोक प्रचलित है—'स्त्रीणां स्पर्शात् प्रियंगुर्विकसति
बकुलःशीधुगंडूष सेकात्' । पादाघातादशोकस्तिलककुरवकौ
वीक्षणालिंगनाभ्याम् । मंदारी नर्मवाक्यात् पटु मृदुहमनात्
चम्पको /?/क्त्रवातात् । चूतो गीतान्नमेरुर्विकसति च पुरो नर्त-
नात् कर्णिकारः ।
७. फलित ज्योतिष के अनुसार यात्रा के समय दिशा, वार या
तिथि के भेद से उनके दोष की शांति के लिये खाए या पीए
जानेवाले कुछ निश्चित पदार्थ ।
विशेष—इनको अलग अलग दिग्दोहद, वारदोहद और तिथि-
दोहद कहते हैं । जैसे,—यदि पूर्व की ओर जाने में कोई दोष
हो, तो उसकी शांति घी खाने से होती है । पश्चिम जाने में
कोई दोष हो तो वह मछली खाने से, दक्षिण की ओर का दोष
तिल की खीर खाने से और उत्तर की ओर का दोष दूध पीने
से शांत होता है । इसी प्रकार रविवार को घी, सोमवार को
दूध, मंगल को गुड़, बुध को तिल, बृहस्पति को दही, शुक्र को
जौ और शनिवार को उंडद खाने से यात्रा संबंधी वारदोष की शांति हो जाती है । प्रतिपदा को मदार का पत्ता, द्वितीया
को चावल का धोया हुआ पानी, तृतीया को घी आदि खाने से
यात्रा संबंधी तिथिदोष की शांति हो जाती है । इस प्रकार
दोहद से किसी दिशा, वार या तिथि की यात्रा से होनेवाले
समस्त अनिष्टों या दुष्ट फलों का निवारण हो जाता है ।
