निकालकर अलग रख दो ।
मुहा०—घान उतरना = (१) कोल्हू में एक बार डाली हुई वस्तु
से तेल या रस आदि निकलना । (२) कड़ाही में से पकवान
का निकलना । घान उतारना = कोल्हू में से तेल, रस आदि
या कड़ाही में से पकवान निकालना । घात डालना = (१)
कोल्हू में पेरने या कढ़ाई में एक बार में तलने के लिये कोई
वस्तु डालना । (२) किसी काम में हाथ लगाना । घान
पड़ना = कोल्हू में पेरने या कड़ाही में पकाने के लिये वस्तु
का डाला जाना । घान पड़ जाना = किसी काम में हाथ
लग जाना । किसी कार्य का आरंभ हो जाना । घान लगना =
घान का कार्य आरंभ होना ।
