In Chait, Baishakh, this bull grows in the form of thick majri. This bull meets in Bundelkhand and parts of northern India. Bialikand is the root of this. It is also called Sural and Sarvala. घोडाबेल संज्ञा स्त्री० [हिं० घोडा + बेल] एक लिपटनेवाली लता जिसकी जडे गँठीली होती हैं । विशेष—इसकी पत्तियाँ एक बालिश्त के सींकों में लगती हैं और पतझड में झड जाती हैं । चैत, बैशाख में यह बैल घनी मंजरी के रूप में फूलती है । यह बैल बुंदेलखंड तथा उत्तरीय भारत के कई भागों में मिलती है । बिलाईकंद इसी की जड है । इसे सुराल और सरवाला भी कहते हैं ।
