विपक्ष में होते हैं, तब सभापति किसी पक्ष में अपना 'कस्टिग
वोट' देता है । इस प्रकार एक अधिक वोट से उस पक्ष की
बात मान ली जाती है । यदि सभापति उस सभा या संस्था
का सदस्य हो तो वह कास्टिग वोट दे सकता है । सदस्य रूप
से वह सदस्यों के साथ पहले ही वोट चुकता है ।
