विशेष—फुलेल बनाने के लिये तिल को धोकर छिलका अलग
कर देते हैं । ताजे फूलों की कलियाँ चुनकर बिछा दी जाती
हैं और उनके ऊपर तिल छितरा दिए जाते हैं । तिलों के
ऊपर फिर फूलों की कलियाँ बिछाई जाती हैं । कलियों के
खिलने पर फूलों की महक तिलों में आ जाती है । इस प्रकार
कई बार तिलों को फूलों की तह पर फैलाते है । तिल फूलों
में जितना ही अधिक बासा जाता है उतनी ही अधिक सुगंध
उसके तेल में होती है । इस प्रकार बासे हुए तिलों को पेलकर
कई प्रकार के तेल तैयार होते है, जैसे, चमेली का तेल, बेले
का तेल । गुलाब के तेल को गुलरोगन कहते हैं ।
