वस्तु खरीदना उपविक्रय के अंतर्गत है । ऐसा माल खरीदनेवाला अपराधी होता था । पर यदि वह खरीदने के पहले
राज्य के सूचना दे देता था तो अपराधी नहीं होता था ।
