Urviya is another name for Sita. The name of Sita came due to the birth of the Mithila king, due to the traction and sacrifice of the earth. "Urvi" means "earth" and "ja" suffix is the birth meaning of birth. That is, Urbija means birth from the earth. Although Sita was born from the earth, therefore it is also called Urvija.
