Arthur's Pass Kokuritsu Koen [Arthur's Pass National Park] "Arthur's Pass National Park" is a national park in the northern part of New Zealand South Island. In old days Maori used it as a trade pass, and civil engineer Arthur Dobson opened the road in 1864.
