Bandar Labuan Malabia, the northeast of Borneo Island, the port town of Labuan island floating in the Brunei bay of the South China Sea. It is located in the south-eastern bay of the island. It became the base of trade as a natural good port for a long time, and in the mid-nineteenth century the UK built a port of Victoria.
