Kuanthao [overwhelming]] (Chinese). Tao (falling) is a Beijing dialect saying to resort to transit goods, "a bureaucratic broker" that appeared in China's reform and opening policy. Even the executives of the government and the Communist Party and their relatives say they will operate their own state-owned companies themselves, get in touch with emerging enterprise groups, and flow material to raise prices and gain unreasonable profits. クアンタオ【官倒】 《(中国語)。タオ(倒)は、物資を横流しする、転売する意の北京方言》中国の改革・開放政策の中で出てきた「官僚ブローカー」のこと。政府や共産党の幹部やその親族が、自ら国営会社を運営したり、新興企業集団と癒着して、物資を横流ししたりして物価をつり上げ不当な利益を得るのをさしていう。
