Sasso Barisano 【Sasso Barisano】 It is a part of Old Town of the city of Matera in southern Italy, the city of Basilicata. It spreads to the north side of Matera cathedral, the slope of the Gravina valley, and there is a cave dwelling called a sash. Together with Sasso Caveoso on the south side of the cathedral, it was registered as a World Heritage (cultural heritage) under the name of "Matera's cave dwelling and rocky church" in 1993. サッソ‐バリサーノ【Sasso Barisano】 イタリア南部、バジリカータ州の都市マテーラの旧市街の一地区。マテーラ大聖堂の北側、グラビーナ渓谷の斜面に広がり、サッシとよばれる洞窟住居がある。大聖堂の南側のサッソカベオーゾとともに、1993年「マテーラの洞窟住居と岩窟教会」の名称で世界遺産(文化遺産)に登録された。
