Tanah Lot [Tanah Lot Temple] "Pura Tanah Lot" Hindu temple located in southern West Bank, Bali, southern Indonesia. It is a temple built on a reef that will land during the low tide, it is counted as one of the six islands of the same island. It was built by the high priest 's recommendation of Nilalta who came from Java Island in the 16th century. In order to prevent corrosion of the waves, Japan's Official Development Assistance (ODA) reinforced the pedestal reefs. タナロット‐じいん【タナロット寺院】 《Pura Tanah Lot》インドネシア南部、バリ島南西岸にあるヒンズー教寺院。干潮時に陸続きになる岩礁の上に建てられた寺院であり、同島六大寺院の一つに数えられる。16世紀にジャワ島から渡ってきたニラルタという高僧の勧めによって建立。波の浸食を防ぐため、日本の政府開発援助(ODA)によって台座部分の岩礁が補強された。
