Uluwatujin [Uluwatu Temple] "Pura Luhur Ulu Watu" Hindu temple located in the western end of the Baden peninsula on the south coast of Bali, southern Indonesia. It was founded around the 10th to the 11th century. In the 16th century a high priest named Nirealta was built and it is said to have retired. In the evening it is famous for the performance of dance theater Kecaka with Ramayana as a theme. Uluwatu Temple. ウルワトゥ‐じいん【ウルワトゥ寺院】 《Pura Luhur Ulu Watu》インドネシア南部、バリ島南岸のバドゥン半島西端にあるヒンズー教寺院。10~11世紀頃の創建。16世紀にニラルタという高僧が増築し、隠遁したとされる。夕刻にラーマーヤナを題材とする舞踊劇ケチャが上演されることで有名。ウルワツ寺院。
