Blindness The eyelid margin has a complex structure at the conjunctival junction of the conjunctiva and the skin. The epithelium is composed of simple epithelium, which is mainly composed of eczema, and a cystic lid lining, which consists of hair follicles, chiasms, and moles. The former is caused by keratinization of epithelium, scatters, thickening, redness and edema, and redness of fever occurs. The latter is purulent inflammation of the deep tissues of the hair follicles and the like. Further progress is ulcerative blindness. As a pathogenic bacterium, there are many fungi such as Hwangsaengpo. The treatment is to keep the affected area clean, protect it with vaseline, and use an ointment containing antibiotics. 안검연염 안검연(眼瞼緣)은 결막과 피부의 결합부위에서 복잡한 구조를 지니고 염증이 생기면 양자가 혼합한 증상을 나타내 지연하기 쉽다. 습진증상을 주로하는 단순상피성 안검연염과 모낭, 차이스, 몰의선조직이 침범돈 상태인 낭포성 안검언염으로 나뉘어진다. 전자는 상피의각화, 낙설(落屑), 비후, 충혈, 부종을 주체로하고 안검연의 발적이 생긴다. 후자는 모낭등의 심부조직에 대한 화농성 염증이고 안검연에 농형성을 보게된다. 더욱 진행하면 궤양성 안검연염이 된다. 기염균으로서는 황생포도구 균진균이 많다. 치료는 환부를 깨끗이 유지하고 바셀린 등으로 보호함과 동시에 항생물질을 포함한 연고를 사용한다.
