Eyelid Dermatitis Dermatitis of the eyelid is divided into eczema and dermatitis, the latter divided into contact dermatitis and dermatitis. Eczema is an inflammatory reaction of the skin that shows various clinical signs such as erythema, papules, small bubbles, dandruff, erosion, swelling, and scabs. It also has acute, subacute and chronic course and allergic factors are involved. Contact dermatitis is a response to external stimuli that contact the skin, and the eyelid skin responds more sensitively than other areas. It is drug-induced dermatitis caused by chemicals, such as paraffenylene diamine, which is grayed. Antibiotics are used when steroid hormones, antihistamines and secondary infections are used. There are many cases where recurrence is repeated.

안검피부염 안검의 피부염은 습진과 피부염으로 대별되고 후자는 접촉성피부염, 약물성피부염 등으로 나뉘어진다. 습진은 홍반, 구진(丘疹), 소수포, 비듬, 미란, 부스럼, 딱지 등의 다양한 임상소견을 나타내는 피부의 염증성 반응이고 급성, 아급성, 만성의 경과를 취해 알러지성 인자도 관여하고 있다고 한다. 접촉성피부염은 피부에 접촉하는 외래자극에 대한 반응이고 안검피부는 다른 부위보다도 예민하게 반응을 나타낸다. 백발로 물드는 파라페니렌디아민 등, 화학약품에 의해 야기되는 것이 약물성피부염이다. 치료는 스테로이드호르몬, 항히스타민제가 사용되고 2차감염이 있는 경우 항생물질이 사용된다. 재발을 되풀이 하는 경우가 많다.
