It is known that enzymes such as lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), creatine kinase (CK) and amylase of serum contain specific enzymes depending on the organ. When these enzymes are separated by electrophoresis, five LDHs, six ALPs, three CKs, and amylases are divided into two isoenzymes, each having specificity for organs. ALP4 is derived from placenta, ALP4 is derived from placenta, ALP6 is derived from large intestine, CK-MM is derived from skeletal muscle, and CK-MM is derived from liver. -BB in the cerebrum, CK-MB in the myocardium, and amylase in the salivary gland and pancreas (pancreas). 동종효소검사 혈청의 유산탈수소효소(LDH), 알칼리호스파타제(ALP), 크레아틴키나제(CK), 아밀라제 등의 효소에는 장기에 따라 특이한 효소가 포함되고 있다는 것이 알려져 있다. 이러한 효소를 전기영동(電氣泳動)으로 나누면 LDH는 5개로, ALP는 6개로, CK는 3개로, 아밀라제는 2개의 동종효소로 나누어져 제각기 장기의 특이성을 지닌다. LDH1는 심근유래, LDH5는 근육, 간유래(肝由來), ALP1과 ALP2는 간유래, ALP3은 골유래(骨由來), ALP4는 태반유래, ALP6은 대장유래, CK–MM은 골격근에, CK–BB는 대뇌에, CK–MB는 심근에서 주로 유래하고, 아밀라제는 타액선과 췌유래(膵由來) 의 2개로 나누어지므로 현재는 감별진단에 널리 응용이 되고 있다.
