Thyroid biopsy Thyroid disease, biopsy is performed mainly for the diagnosis of the tumor. In particular, patients with suspected undifferentiated carcinoma or malignant lymphoma need early diagnosis, early treatment, or Hashimoto disease, but biopsy is needed if they want to deny cancer. Methods of thyroid biopsy include (1) open biopsy, (2) needle biopsy, and (3) aspiration biopsy. 갑상샘생검 갑상샘질환, 주로 종양의 진단에 생검이 실시된다. 특히 미분화암이나 악성림프종의 의심이 있는 환자로서 조기진단, 조기치료가 필요한 경우나, 하시모토병(橋本病)으로 생각되나 암을 부정하고 싶은 경우에 생검이 실시된다. 갑상샘생검의 방법으로서는 (1) open biopsy, (2) needle biopsy (3) aspiration biopsy가 있고 진단능력은 open biopsy가 가장 뛰어나다.
