Definition of 간기울결설 in the Korean dictionary
It is also referred to as 肝气 犯 Splen 泄泻. One of diarrhea. It is caused by the stagnation of liver (肝 气) by affecting the spleen due to the internal nervous system of the lid. Diarrhea often tends to get worse with mental stimulation, and the chest and sides are blocked like stuffy, appetite is sluggish, trims, stomach boils, shortness of breath after diarrhea and diarrhea. It is a way to help the 脾气 while keeping the liver in good working order. 간기울결설 또 간기범비설사(肝氣犯脾泄瀉)라고도 일컬음. 설사의 하나. 칠정내상(七情內傷)으로 간기(肝氣)가 정체된 것이 비(脾)에 영향을 주어서 생긴다. 설사는 흔히 정신적 자극으로 하여 심해지는 경향이 있으며 가슴과 옆구리는 막힌 듯이 답답하며 식욕이 부진하고 트림을 하며 배가 끓고 복통이 있은 후 곧 설사하며 설사한 뒤에는 통증이 덜해진다. 간기를 잘 통하게 하면서 비기(脾氣)를 돕는 방법으로 통사요방(痛瀉要方)을 가감하여 쓴다.
