Definition of 급성후두협착 in the Korean dictionary
Acute laryngeal stenosis Acute stenosis (or occlusion) is caused by swelling of the lower part of the glottis (lower larynx) or epiglottis or lacerated part. The main causes are acute infections other than diphtheria or diphtheria. Secondary inflammation after the use of a device for aspiration, especially removal of foreign bodies, of plant foreign bodies such as peanuts, edema due to allergic factors, heart disease and adrenal disease, and foreign bodies located in the larynx. If acute progression occurs, dyspnea (wheezing, sternal, clavicular, or rib fractures) is present. As a treatment, first of all, an intubation or tracheal incision is made to secure a rapid organ and then appropriate medication is started. 급성후두협착 급성의 협착(또는 폐색)은 성문하부(聲門下部) 또는 후두개나 피열부(披裂部)의 부종에 의해서 생긴다. 주요원인은 디프테리아 또는 디프테리아 이외의 급성감염증에서 생기게 된다. 또 땅콩 등의 식물성 이물의 흡인이나 특히 이물제거를 위한 기구사용후의 2차성 염증, 알러지 인자나 심질환 및 부신질환으로 인한 부종, 후두에 위치하는 이물 등으로부터 생기는 수가 있다. 급성으로 진행하면 호흡곤란(천명, 흉골상와, 쇄골상와, 또는 늑골강의 함몰호흡)이 나타난다. 치료로서는 우선 기관내삽관 또는 기관절개에 의해서 신속한 기관확보를 하고 그 뒤에 적절한 약물요법을 시작한다.
