Definition of 결핵성흉막염 in the Korean dictionary
Tuberculous pleurisy is classified as idiopathic or primary pleurisy and secondary or mixed pleurisy. Idiopathic pleural inflammation is an inflammation of the pleura in the early change group, and it develops early in the tuberculin reaction. The first infectious disease (infectious disease) is very small, and there is no tuberculosis lesion in the chest X-ray or lung. It is also hematogenous and can reach the pleura, resulting in partial sclerosis (membritis). Secondary or mixed pleurisy is a case of chronic pulmonary tuberculosis with inflammation in the pleura and a chest X-ray showing a tuberculosis lesion in the lung. 결핵성흉막염 특발성 또는 원발성 흉막염과 속발성 또는 동반성 흉막염으로 분류된다. 특발성 흉막염은 초기 변화군에서 흉막에 염증이 파급한 경우이고 투베르클린반응 양전후(陽轉後) 조기에 발증한다. 첫 감염소(感染巢)는 대단히 작고 흉부 X-선상, 폐내에 결핵병소가 보이지 않는다. 또 혈행성으로 흉막에 달해 전신 장막염(獎膜炎)의 부분증으로서 발생하는 수도 있다. 속발성 또는 동반성 흉막염은 만성 폐결핵 병소에서 염증이 흉막에 미친 경우이고 흉부X-선에서 폐내에 결핵병소가 보인다.
