Definition of 결막플릭텐 in the Korean dictionary
Conjunctival flicker is characterized by delayed allergic reaction nodule formation of conjunctival epithelium for various proteins and is frequently seen at 3 to 15 years of age. Allergens include tubercle bacilli, staphylococci, and the like. The same reaction occurs in the cornea. Most of the symptoms are mild, but in some cases there is pyuria or corneal ulceration and severe lifespan. Typically, a small pink bump with congestion develops around it, and after a few days it forms a grayish white crater, gradually flattening it, and epithelizing it. There is no enlargement tendency, but there is round cell infiltration in the ridge which is fused with the surrounding one. Treatment is based on topical steroids, systemically taking up protein, vitamin intake and cleansing. Prognosis is simple. 결막플릭텐 여러가지 단백에 대한 결막상피의 지연형 알레르기 반응 결절형성을 특징으로하고 3~15세에 자주 발생한다. 알레르겐으로서는 결핵균이 주이고 이 밖에 포도구균등이 있다. 각막에도 똑같은 반응이 생긴다. 대부분 증상이 가벼우나 어떤 경우에는 화농이 생기거나 각막에도 유루, 수명(羞明)이 심하다. 전형적인 것은 주위에 충혈을 지닌 작은 핑크색의 융기가 생기고 수일후에 회백색의 크레이터를 형성, 차츰 편평화, 상피화 한다. 확대경향은 없는데 주위의 것과 융합하는 경우는 있는 융기부에는 원형세포 침윤이 나타난다. 치료는 스테로이드 국소요법을 주체로 하고 전신적으로는 단백, 비타민섭취 및 청결유지이다. 예후는 단순한 것은 양호하다.
