Carotid sinus syndrome This is a syncope episode caused by elevation of the carotid artery. Sudden dizziness, weakness, tinnitus, and chest discomfort are all caused by a sudden increase in blood pressure accompanied by sudden turn of the head, sudden turn of the head, and a sudden increase in blood pressure.
