Mycobacterium tuberculosis staining Mycobacterium tuberculosis, mycobacteria, and atypical antibiotic bacteria are used for identification. Phillersen staining is typical, and the acid bacteria are reddish. In addition, it is dyed blue in Holberg dyeing. There is also a method using fluorescent dye called olamine dyes, and the acid bacteria refers to yellow fluorescence. Identification of the bacterial species in the staining of acid-fast bacteria is not difficult, so it is better to culture at the same time. 항산균염색 결핵균, 나균, 비정형 항산균 등의 동정(同定)에 사용하는 염색이다. 필네르센염색이 대표적인 것으로 항산균이 적색으로 물든다. 이밖에 홀 베르그염색에서는 청색으로 물든다. 또 올라민 염색이라는 형광색소를 사용한 방법도 있고 항산균은 황색의 형광을 말한다. 항산균 염색에서 균종류의 동정은 곤란한 경우도 적지 않으므로 배양도 동시에 하는 것이 좋다.
