Definition of 현실탈감작 in the Korean dictionary
One of the real desensitization behavior therapy. The systematic desensitization method uses images to overcome the unstable hierarchical structure one by one in a weaker way and in a stronger way. However, since the final goal is adaptation in reality, it is good to overcome symptoms by confronting reality scene during treatment. This is called reality desensitization. In this case, however, there is no response to a response such as relaxation antagonizing symptoms. To complement this, the therapist is accompanied and encouraged in the real scene and uses it as an antagonistic reaction. 현실탈감작 행동요법의 하나. 계통적 탈감작법은 이미지를 이용해 불안한 계층구조를 약한 쪽에서 강한 방법으로 하나하나 극복해 나간다. 그러나 최종목표는 현실에서의 적응이므로 치료의 경과중에 현실장면에 직면시켜 증상을 극복하는 것이 좋다. 이것을 현실 탈감작이라고 한다. 다만 이 경우, 증상에 길항하는 이완과 같은 반응에 맞는 것이 없다. 이것을 보완하기 위해 치료자가 현실장면에 동반하고 격려하거나 해서 이것을 길항반응으로서 사용한다.
