Orthopedic Psychosis It is well known that the severity of traumatic or spinal disease pain or exercise paralysis is significantly changed by emotional changes. Orthopedic psychoses often have psychological stress on some physical changes. Kawakami (Kawakami) is used for the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic diseases such as (1) traumatic disease psychoses such as traumatic neck syndrome, (2) spinal diseases such as back pain, shoulder syndrome, spinal hypersensitivity, (4) adventitia, dysentery, and other orthopedic diseases such as peripheral nerve palsy, and (5) psychoses in rehabilitation. 정형외과심신증 외상성질환이나 척추질환의 아픔이나 운동마비의 정도가 정서의 변화에 의하여 현저하게 변하는 것은 잘 알려져 있다. 정형외과심신증은 약간의 기질적 변화 위에 심리적 스트레스가 가하여진 것이 많다. 가와가미(川上)는, (1) 외상성경부증후군 등의 외상성 질환의 심신증, (2) 요통증, 경완증후군(頸脘症候群), 척추과민증 등의 척추질환증의 심신증, (3) 만성관절류머티즘, 변형성관절증 등의 관절질환의 심신증, (4) 부착부통증, 건초염(腱鞘炎), 말초신경마비 등의 기타의 정형외과질환의 심신증, (5) 재활에 있어서의 심신증으로 분류되고 있다.
