Quantitative Absorption Assay This is a method for measuring the antigen amount (antigen amount). It is used for quantification of coagulant (coagulant), Vi antigen (antigen) and blood type substance of pertussis bacteria (pertussis bacteria). The antigen with a constant concentration of the antibody is reacted with a certain concentration of the antigen and centrifuged (centrifuged) to calculate the antigen amount (antigen amount) in the state of decrease of the antibody in the supernatant. 정량흡수검사 항원량(抗原量)을 측정하는 방법으로서, 백일해균(百日咳菌)의 응집원(凝集原), Vi항원(抗原), 혈액형물질 등의 정량(定量)에 사용된다. 일정 농도의 항체가(抗體價)를 지닌 혈청과 일정 농도의 항원을 반응시킨 다음 원심분리(遠心分離)하여 상청(上清) 중의 항체가의 감소상태에서 항원량(抗原量)을 산정한다.
