초미량효소정량법(超微量酵素定量法, ultramicro enzyme assay)은 생화학적정량법(生化學的定量法)과 조직화학(組織化學)과의 중간적(中間的)인 것으로서, 조직세포의 구조를 파괴, 원심분획(遠心分劃)하여 세포내과립(細胞内顆粒)이나 소기관(小器管)을 끄집어내어 이를 전자현미경으로 확인하면서 시료(試料)의 효소활성치(酵素活性値)나 대사산물(代謝產物)의 정량(定量)을 화학적으로 실시하는 것이다.
