Definition of 정낭종양 in the Korean dictionary
Spermatic tumor Primary squamous cell tumor is rarely reported, but sarcoma is more rare. The seminal vesicle is located in the deep part of the pelvis, and the primary site is unidentifiable and often not found until it grows large. Symptoms of the tumor are similar to symptoms of urinary tract obstruction due to prostate hypertrophy. Sometimes it is seen in semen. At the onset of the rectum, the tumor in the prostate gland is promoted. Treatment is a seminal vesicle tumor. Curative is rare. 정낭종양 원발성 정낭종양이 극히 드물게 보고되고 있으나 육종(肉腫)은 더욱 드물다. 정낭은 골반내심부에 위치하는 장기로, 원발성 발생부위가 식별불가능하고, 크게 성장하기 전까지는 발견되지 않는 일이 많다. 종양의 증상은 전립선비대에 의한 요로폐색증상과 유사하다. 정액혈증이 보이는 일도 있다. 직장시진시 전립선 속의 종양을 촉진하게 된다. 치료는 정낭종양 적출술이다. 근치는 드물다.
