Dermis refers to the nipple-like protuberance from the dermis to the epidermis. The capillaries are net-shaped and distributed in the nipple to nourish the cells of the epidermis. In the fingers, palms and soles of the limbs, a lot of nipples with a Meissel tactile body are recognized. The vessel containing only the blood vessel is called the blood vessel nipple. In areas where skin palatability is evident, two papillae are recognized for one small papilla. 진피유두 진피에서 표피로의 유두모양의 돌기를 말한다. 모세혈관이 그물모양을 하고 유두내에 분포하여 표피의 세포에 영양을 공급한다 또 수족의 손가락이나 손바닥과 발바닥에서는 마이스넬 촉각소체를 가진 유두가 많이 인지된다. 혈관만이 들어있는 것을 혈관유두라고 한다. 피부 소능이 분명한 부위에서는, 하나의 소능에 대하여 2개의 유두를 인정한다.
