Definition of 중막괴사 in the Korean dictionary
It is a lesion seen in the midgut of the midgut necrotic aorta. It causes a dissecting aortic aneurysm (dissecting aortic aneurysm). It mainly affects the ascending and arches of the aorta. Histologically, the elastic fibers and muscle fibers of the medial membrane are dissociated by small or large cysts or cracks. Sometimes elastic fibers and muscle fibers also disappear. Inflammatory cell edema. In Marfan syndrome, which has defects in the formation of elastic skin oil, it can be seen as a high frequency. 중막괴사 대동맥의 중막에 볼 수 있는 병변으로, 해리성 대동맥류(解離性大動脈瘤)의 원인으로 된다. 주로 대동맥의 상행부, 궁부(弓部)에 호발한다. 조직학적으로 중막의 탄성섬유, 근섬유가 대소의 낭포상(囊胞伏) 또는 균열에 의하여 해리(解離)한다. 또한 때때로 탄성섬유, 근섬유의 소실도 있다. 염증성 세포 부종을 수반하는 일이 많다. 탄성선유의 형성에 결함을 갖는 마르판증후군에서는 고빈도로 볼 수 있다.
