Definition of 마리-포아반사 in the Korean dictionary
Mari-poo reflex is also called Mari-poo sign. One of the autistic spinal reflexes introduced by P. Marie and C. Poe is triggered by the induction of permanent stimulation (flexing of multiple toes strongly on the foot side) at the distal limb. The lower limb is flexed by the leg and the knee joint, and the ankle joint is flexed to the dorsiflexion, reducing it to the whole (shortening). This reflex is called the Marie-Poa technique and is used for the diagnosis of spinal cord injury (disorder of the vertebral body).
