Definition of 미소혈뇨 in the Korean dictionary
When microscopic hematuria and fresh urine are examined at 400 times of visual field and a small number of red blood cells within 5 ~ 20 eyes are observed per microscope, it is called microscopic hematuria. Of the microscopic hematuria, hematuria is the least red blood cell. In many cases, microhematuria is found as Jans hematuria in school urinalysis. The cause is familial benign hematuria (histologically, glomerular basement membrane is thin), sometimes IgA nephropathy. Pediatric hematuria is not an object of treatment. 미소혈뇨 신선뇨의 심사를 400배의 시야에서 관찰하여 매시야에 5~20개 이내의 적은수의 적혈구가 관찰되었을 때, 미소혈뇨라고 한다. 현미경적 혈뇨가운데, 가장 적혈구 배출량이 적은 혈뇨이다. 미소혈뇨는 학교검뇨에서 쟌스혈뇨로써 발견되는 경우가 많다. 그 원인은 가족성 양성혈뇨(병리조직학적으로는 사구체 기저막이 얇다)가 가장 많은데, 때로는 IgA신증의 경우도 있다. 소아의 미소혈뇨는 특히 치료의 대상이 되지 않는다.
