Definition of 미역생떡국 in the Korean dictionary
Seaweed Seaweed Seaweed is roasted in sesame oil, boiled with sesame seeds, boiled with rice flour, and a bird made from glutinous rice flour. It is the food of Chungcheong province which is made by kneading the rice flour with water and chopping it and cooking it in the long country. 미역생떡국 불린 미역을 들기름에 볶다가 들깨즙을 넣어 끓인 후 쌀가루와 찹쌀가루로 만든 새알심을 넣고 끓인 것이다. 생떡국은 멥쌀가루를 물로 반죽하여 썰어서 장국에 끓인 것으로 겨울철 별미로 먹는 충청도 지방의 음식이며 쌀가루가 곱고 반죽을 오래해야 풀어지지 않는다.
