Omakudo is a word that refers to the five-digit fingers that are formed when the rice cake is squeezed together by hand. Also known as potato 쥠 餅. 오매두떡 감자를 강판에 갈아서 면포에 넣고 짜낸 물을 그대로 두어 앙금을 가라앉힌 다음 앙금과 감자 건더기에 소금을 넣고 한 주먹씩 뭉쳐서 찐 떡이다. 오매두는 떡을 손으로 쥐어 뭉칠 때 생긴 다섯 마디 손가락을 지칭하는 말이다. 감자쥠떡이라고도 한다.
