Fibrinogen It is a protein belonging to globulin, also called fibrinogen. It is present in the plasma of vertebrate animals, and when it is a human, 2 to 4 g is contained in 1 liter. It plays a central role in blood coagulation, becoming insoluble fibrin by enzyme thrombin. 피브리노겐
글로불린에 속하는 단백질로 섬유소원이라고도 한다. 척추동물의 혈장 속에 존재하며, 사람인 경우에는 1ℓ 속에 2∼4g 함유되어 있다. 혈액응고의 중심적 역할을 하는데, 효소 트롬빈에 의하여 불용성인 피브린이 된다.
