Definition of 평활근종 in the Korean dictionary
Leiomyoma smooth muscle A benign tumor that develops in the smooth muscle, and it occurs in the uterus, digestive tract, skin, and kidney. Histologically, a bundle of fusiform smooth muscle cells enters in various directions and the boundary with the surrounding is clear. The leiomyomas of the digestive tract are clinically seen as submucosal myomas. The uterine leiomyoma is called uterine leiomyoma, 20% of women over 30 years old, including those who are 30 to 50 years old and have no clinical symptoms. The most common tumor in the uterus is its location, divided into subserosal, intrathecal, and submucosal myomas. Leiomyomas often occur in smooth muscle of blood vessels. 평활근종 평활근 smooth muscle에 발생한 양성 종양으로 자궁, 소화관, 피부, 신장등에 발생한다. 조직학적으로는 방추형의 평활근 세포의 다발이 여러가지 방향으로 들어오고 주위와의 경계는 명료하다. 소화관의 평활근종은 임상적으로는 점막하 근종으로 본다. 자궁에 생긴 것은 자궁근종이라고 하며, 30~50세에 다발하고 임상증상이 생기지 않는 것을 포함하는 등 30세이상의 여성에 있어 20%가 나타난다고 한다. 자궁에서는 가장 많은 종양으로 그 위치로 장막하, 벽내, 점막하 근종으로 나뉘어진다. 평활근종은 혈관의 평활근에서 발생하는 것도 많다.
