Definition of 사일열말라리아 in the Korean dictionary
It is a disease which is caused by fever, anemia, hepatomegaly and the like which is accompanied by proliferation of malaria parasite Plasmodium malariae parasitic on malaria erythrocytes. It requires 72 hours for the development of the quail fever, and fever attacks are repeated at intervals of 2 days. In the diagnosis, protozoa are present in red blood cells as blood samples. Chloroquine base is used for febrile seizures, and Pristine is administered as a muscle cure method following chlorocyte superficial administration. 사일열말라리아 적혈구에 기생하는 말라리아원충 Plasmodium malariae(사일열 원충) 의 증식과 함께 일어나는 발열, 빈혈, 간비종등을 주된 징후로 하는 질환이다. 사일열 원충의 발육에는 72시간을 요하며, 2일의 간격으로 발열발작을 반복한다. 진단에서 혈액도말표본으로 적혈구중에 원충이 나타난다. 발열발작에 대해서는 클로로킨 염기를 이용하고, 근치료법으로서는 클로로킨 절경(切莖)투여에 이어서 프리스틴을 투여한다.
