Definition of 삼상성파 in the Korean dictionary
It is a very characteristic EEG that can be seen in a case of hepatic encephalopathy (hepatic encephalopathy) accompanied by a minor conscious disorder or a hepatic coma, and its waveform (waveform) is mainly voice - Positive - Negative (triphasic) waveform, sometimes showing a positive-negative-positive waveform. The frequency is a delta wave * of about 1.2 to 2.7 Hz, and a large wave (the main wave \u0026 lt; main wave \u0026 gt;) constituting the main body is the second phase. Appearance is most pronounced in the frontal part and the central part. Waveforms similar to three-phase waves may be seen in ether anesthesia, hypothyroidism, etc., but they are most commonly seen in hepatic coma or cerebellar disease. 삼상성파 간성뇌증(肝性腦症)에서 다소나마 의식장애를 수반하고 있는 경우나, 간성혼수(肝性昏睡)때에 볼 수 있는 상당히 특징적인 뇌파이며, 그 파형(波形)은 그림과 같이 주로 음성-양성-음성의 3상성(三相性)의 파형(波形)을 나타내는데, 때로양성-음성-양성의 파형을 나타내는 일도 있다. 주파수는 1.2~2.7Hz 정도의 δ파(波)*이며, 주체를 이루는 커다란파(주파<主波>)는 제이상(第二相)이다. 출현부위는 전두부(前頭部) 및 중심부에서 가장 뚜렷하다. 삼상성파(三相性波)와 비슷한 파형(波形)은 에테르마취, 갑상생중독증 등일 때에도 볼 수 있는 경우가 있으나, 간성혼수(肝性昏睡)나 간뇌질환일 때에 가장 흔하게 볼 수 있다.
