It is a perennial plant that rarely grows in the mountain forest of Kosari-san. The roots spread thickly and in all directions. Nutritive leaves and spore leaves hang on the same stem. Nutritional leaves are 30-40cm long including petiole, and the lobes are divided into triangular pentagons and triplets. The cut pieces are wide elliptical, the ends are dull, and the edges have sharp saw teeth. There are gray long hairs on petiole and leaf axes. The spore leaves are longer than the nutritional leaves and split into two flags. There is a protrusion in the sporangium outer membrane. Spore leaves remain after spores have fallen. It grows in Gangwon-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Jeollabuk-do and Jeju-do in Korea. It is distributed in Japan, China and Taiwan (Taiwan). 1) 산꽃고사리삼 산지 숲 속에 드물게 자라는 여러해살이풀이다. 뿌리는 굵고 사방으로 퍼진다. 영양잎과 포자잎이 같은 줄기에 달린다. 영양잎은 잎자루를 포함한 길이 30-40cm이고, 잎몸은 삼각상 오각형, 3회 깃꼴로 갈라진다. 갈래조각은 넓은 타원형, 끝은 둔하고, 가장자리에 날카로운 톱니가 있다. 잎자루와 잎축에 회색 긴 털이 있다. 포자잎은 영양잎보다 길고, 2회 깃꼴로 갈라진다. 포자낭 외막에 돌기가 있다. 포자잎은 포자가 떨어진 후에도 남아 있다. 우리나라 강원도, 충청남도, 전라북도, 제주도 등지에 자생한다. 일본, 중국, 대만(타이완)에 분포한다.1)
