One of the Kindo-doi-do (do-it-yourself) method. Sit comfortably, hold your spirit for 5 minutes, then turn your right hand over your head, pull your left ear five or seven times, hold your right ear with your left hand and pull five or seven times. Put your hands on your chest and stretch your elbows back and forth, slowing your body five to seven times. Then, with two fists, rub about 30 times to the side of the back of the dorsal spine of the navel level. Then rub the waist down with the two palms upwards about 30 times. Then go to bed 5 to 7 times to breathe, 5 to 7 times to force the belly, and tongue hanging and swallowing saliva 30 times and 10 minutes to stabilize. It removes the kidneys (cumulative jujube), affection (cold), poison (poison) and so on. 신장도인법 도인법(導引法)의 하나. 편안히 앉아서 5분간 정신을 안정한 다음 오른손을 머리 위로 넘겨서 왼쪽 귀를 5~7번 잡아당긴 다음 왼손으로 오른쪽 귀를 잡고 5~7번 당긴다. 두 손을 가슴에 대고 팔꿈치를 앞뒤로 내밀면서 몸을 5~7번 늦춘다. 그런 다음 두 주먹으로 배꼽 높이의 등쪽 척추 양 옆으로 2횡지 되는 곳을 30번 정도 문지른다. 그 다음 두 손바닥으로 허리 부위를 아래, 위로 30여 번 비빈다. 그 다음 참는 숨쉬기를 5~7번 하고 아랫배에 힘쓰기를 5~7번 하며 혀를 놀리고 침을 삼키는 것을 30여 번 하고 10분 정도 안정한다. 신장의 적취(積聚), 풍사(風邪), 독기(毒氣) 등을 없애는 작용을 한다.
