A fracture of the lower part of the radial bone due to the direct or indirect external force of the fracture of the lower radial head. Split into fracture and flexion fracture. After fixing the hand periodically, do not harden the joints and remove the fixed material, then apply the Chinese medicine pampering, massage therapy, and functional therapy. 요골하단부골절 직접적 및 간접적 외력을 받아 요골(橈骨)의 하단부가 부러진 것. 신전성 골절과 굴곡성 골절로 나눈다. 신전성 골절이 많으므로 요골 전형 골절이라고도 한다. 신전성 골절은 손바닥을 땅에 짚고 넘어졌을 때 생기는데 원위단골편은 손등 쪽으로 도드라져 올라온다. 굴곡성 골절은 손등을 땅에 짚고 넘어졌을 때 생기는데 원위단골편은 손바닥 쪽으로 도드라지고 몹시 아프며 붓고 움직이기 힘들다. 추법(推法) · 나법(拿法) 등 정골법(正骨法)을 배합하여 정복(正復)하고 두점고정법으로 고정한다. 고정한 기간 손쥐기 운동을 꾸준히 하여 관절이 굳어지지 않게 하고 고정한 재료를 뗀 다음에는 한약 찜질, 안마 요법, 기능 요법을 한다.
