Aminoplastics - is a group of synthetic thermosetting materials produced by polycondensation of amino compounds, eg urea, melamine, aniline, dicyandiamide mainly with formaldehyde. They are formed on the basis of urea and melamine resins. Amplified molecules are connected by methylene and dimethyl ether bridges. Condensation is generally carried out in the presence of acidic catalysts such as mineral acids, oxalic acid, tartaric acid and the like. Aminoplasts can be precipitated thoroughly. They are resistant to alcohols, ether, petrol, benzene, vegetable fats and oils. Ampoplastic products are characterized by: hardness, stiffness, resistance to water and solvents. They have a heat resistance up to 100 - 120 ° C. They are odorless, colorless, and have the ability of any coloring. Aminoplastics are used as: ▪ cast resins for fancy goods ▪ with adequate fillers for making molded articles ....

Aminoplasty - to grupa syntetycznych tworzyw termoutwardzalnych, otrzymywanych w reakcji polikondensacji związków aminowych np. mocznik, melamina, anilina, dicyjanodiamid głównie z formaldehydem. Powstają na bazie żywic mocznikowych i melaminowych. Cząsteczki aminoplastów połączone są mostkami metylenowymi i dimetylenoeterowymi. Kondensację prowadzi się na ogół w obecności katalizatorów kwaśnych, jak kwasy mineralne, kwas szczawiowy, kwas winowy itp. Aminoplasty można dokładnie odbarwić. Są odporne na działanie alkoholi, eteru, benzyny, benzenu, tłuszczów roślinnych i olejów. Wyroby z aminoplastów charakteryzują się: twardością, sztywnością, odpornością na działanie wody i rozpuszczalników. Posiadają odporność cieplną do 100 - 120 °C. Są bezwonne, bezbarwne, oraz posiadają możliwość dowolnego barwienia. Aminoplasty znajdują zastosowanie jako: ▪ żywica lana do wyrobu artykułów galanteryjnych ▪ z odpowiednią ilością wypełniaczy do sporządzania wyrobów formowanych....
