Demerara-Mahaica is a region of Guyana. The region is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean to the north and borders the region of Mahaica-Berbice to the east, with the region of the Essequibo-Demerara Islands to the west and the region of Alto Demerara-Berbice to the south. The main cities are Georgetown, the nation's capital, Buxton, Enmore and Paradise. Demerara-Mahaica é uma região da Guiana. A região é banhada pelo Oceano Atlântico ao norte e faz fronteira com a região de Mahaica-Berbice a leste, com a região de Ilhas Essequibo-Demerara Ocidental a oeste e com a região de Alto Demerara-Berbice ao sul.
