Esperanto

? Esperanto is the most widely spoken artificial language in the world. Unlike most other planned languages, Esperanto has gone from project and semilanguage levels. Its initiator, the Jewish physician Ludwik Lejzer Zamenhof, published the initial version of the language in 1887, with the intention of creating an easier-to-learn language that would serve as an international lingua franca for the entire world population. Esperanto is used in travel, correspondence, cultural exchange, conventions, literature, language teaching, television and radio broadcasts. Some state education systems offer optional Esperanto courses, and there is evidence that it helps in learning the other languages. ? Esperanto é a língua artificial mais falada no mundo.
