Macrostomia is a congenital disease that results in deformity in the conformation of the mouth, presenting the buccal cavity enlarged towards the ears. The defect may be unilateral or bilateral. Macrostomia é uma doença congénita que resulta em deformidade na conformação da boca, apresentando a cavidade bucal ampliada no sentido das orelhas. O defeito pode ser unilateral ou bilateral.
